About The Property
This apartment is right on the sea front, once you go out the back entrance you are literally on the promenade. Apart from it’s closeness to the beach it is also close to the Marina, which is a den of entertainment and good restaurants. There are also a myriad of other excellent restaurants all within walking distance close by.
The apartment itself has spectacular sea views from the balcony.
It is ideal for your self-catering holiday, with a fully equipped kitchen.
There is Tv with all the English channels, Air conditioning throughout, and Wifi.
There is a beautiful promenade that will take you all the way to Torremolinos, and the famous shopping street, San Miguel.
Montemar is one of the more exclusive complexes in the area. The complex has both an adult and children’s pool, has it’s own private tennis court and 24 hour security.
Although a car is not necessary there is private underground parking. There is a regular bus service, 10 mins walk, and train station “El Pinillo” 20 min walk.
Local Amenities… Selwo park with dolphins, sea lions, penguins etc. Tivoli world amusement park. Paloma Park (Well worth a visit) delightful nature park, with quiet area to enjoy a very relaxing few hours.
Also Bateria park, ideal for the younger members of the family.
In addition to the rental fee there is also a cleaning charge of €50
